SOFTIA.LABS
// operational intelligence for AI-built systems

An operational layer
for systems built with AI.

SoftiaLabs builds the protection, observation and maturation infrastructure that AI-driven systems need to survive production. Open where useful — private where prudent.

Projects

KOBEN LIVE · OSS

execution protection layer for AI agents

Loop detection, cost guard, emergency stop and execution tracing for AI agents. Zero runtime dependencies. One line to enable.

DOMUSZ OPERATIONAL · PRIVATE

financial operational intelligence

Global operational intelligence layer for financial markets. Survivability engine, regime interpretation, probabilistic environment cognition. Paper-first, governance-first. In 90-day maturation.

Command Center OPERATIONAL · PRIVATE

cross-project operational brain

The dashboard for KOBEN, DOMUSZ and NOVABOTS. Operational intelligence, governance, memory, replay, dependency intelligence and propagation awareness — all derived from project metadata.

NOVABOTS FUTURE

educational tech sandbox

Educational technology sandbox for young learners. React + Three.js. Currently in early-stage development.

Engineering principles

Reality first No invented data. No fake progress. INSUFFICIENT_DATA over fabrication. Verdicts are mechanical, not aspirational.
Paper first Every execution path is simulated before it ever moves real value. Live execution requires explicit operator authorization, audit trail and rollback path.
Observation first Observe before deciding. Decide before acting. Act before automating. Automate only what survives observation.
Governance first Every system has an explicit governor (Francisca in DOMUSZ, KOBEN itself, the Command Center's governance panel). The governor can halt anything; no system can self-promote past it.
No prediction theater Engines describe environment state, not direction. No "buy" or "sell" signals. No fake confidence. Withhold over fabricate.
Longitudinal maturation Honest software takes time to ripen. Engines must spend their declared maturation period under real conditions before publishing anything. Promotion is explicit, audit-logged and reversible.
